At this young age of 65 (accidently, I am enjoying energy of a teenager with 50 years’ experience added to it) I have the courage to explore endless possibilities at an infinite range, with an urge to serve. My attitude has served me so immensely (personally & professionally) that I bow down countlessly to some super-intelligent energy or entity to express my gratitude that contributed & kept me going thus far.

I do not intend to introduce the best of ideas and models, neither I am capable of doing it, but I have profound self-belief to present myself as an idea and model. A leader does not tell you what to do; it reflects in his actoions! With so much talent, resources, technology under our disposal, if we still fail to achieve what is best possibility, no one else but we are to be blamed - our attitude is somewhere, somehow, not up to the mark.

Credibility in dealing with the public can only be established thru well intended actions, humbleness and inclusive approach. People who have such a focus alone can perform in the best interest of community without worrying about getting into a thankless job?

Not presenting but becoming ourselves best models, modules, ideas, solutions etc. are keys to problem solving and addressing to the issues of our everyday conflicts. It is only way to inclusive & collective growth. Otherwise, we keep struggling for a million years, nothing would work!! Simple AWARENESS is needed to understand that we are collectively responsible for making or marring a system. Bringing order OR creating chaos is totally depending on our understanding and attitude!
